RETURNS & EXCHANGES
First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any reason why you are not happy with your item, please email us as soon as possible after delivery at email@example.com and we will aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are happy to exchange an item in the same style and colour but for a different size within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need an exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

Postage costs: From Australia to Bali, approximate postage costs are $18 AUD. We strongly suggest you purchase tracking for your parcel. If we do not receive your item and you cannot provide tracking, we are unable to refund or exchange your item.
If you are after an exchange on item in the same style and colour but in a different size, we are happy to pay for the item to be resent to you in your new size. However, we are unable to reimburse you for postage costs from your country to Bali, for returns or exchanges, unless the item is deemed faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
Garments that have been stained with makeup, have perfume sprayed onto them, and/or do not have original swing tags and labels on the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we are not able to process refunds or exchanges on items bought from any of our stockists. We are only able to process refunds and exchanges when items are bought through our website, www.isleofwhite.co .
Please note that we only offer refunds if goods are faulty. In the event, that you change your mind on the item itself, we are happy to provide with you with a credit which is valid for 12 months. The credit can be used on any item in the online store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
In the rare instance that an item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturers defect, we will refund you any postage costs associated with your return as well as the value of the item at point of purchase.
Please note variations in print are not considered manufacturer's defects and are part of the aesthetics of the garment.
All garments pass strict quality control procedures from our manufacturer and each item is double checked for quality and defects by Isle of White prior to sending.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the goods are found to be faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the goods are found to be faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
