All orders will be shipped the next business day with DHL Express. We ship worldwide from our studio in Kuta, Bali. Once your order is shipped, all tracking will be uploaded so you can track your order easily.

Sample delivery times: To Australia, usually 2 business days from despatch. To the United States, approximately 3 to 5 business days. For delivery within Indonesia, shipping is free. We offer free express worldwide delivery for orders over $95 AUD. For orders under $95 AUD, a flat rate.

Within Australia: Receive FREE EXPRESS shipping on all orders over $50AUD. For orders under $50AUD, a flat fee of $15 applies.

International: Receive FREE EXPRESS WORLDWIDE shipping on all orders over $95AUD. For orders under $95AUD, a flat fee of $15AUD postage applies to each order.

When buying items from overseas locations (in this case, outside of Indonesia) you maybe liable to pay customs duties/taxes once the item enters your country. Most countries charge duties when a parcel's contents reach over a certain monetary value. The amount to pay is calculated by your local customs department, and we are unable to be liable to pay any customs fees/taxes/duties associated with your purchase. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on full priced items within 30 days from date of delivery for the same style of garment in a different size. If you are after an exchange on item in the same style and colour but in a different size, we are happy to pay postage for the item to be resent to you in your new size.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges on sale items or swimwear.

Returns

Please note that we only offer refunds if goods are faulty. In the event, that you change your mind on the item itself, we are happy to provide with you with an online store credit which is valid for 12 months. The credit can be used on any item in the online store.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We are also unable to offer refunds on swimwear. If there is any reason why you are not happy with your item, please email us as soon as possible after delivery at customercare@isleofwhite.co and we will aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.
